Natural ways to improve energy are preferable to using artificial stimulants because they add to your body's efficiency and won't have long term negative effects like artificial stimulants or drugs can have.
But at the same time, it is best to address the root cause of your energy problem. Even if something natural helps you, you may still not be addressing the cause of the problem.

The first thing I did to try to improve my health was to make radical changes to my diet.
I grew up on the farm and in a small town. We always had a huge garden on the farm and in town. We didn't call it organic in those years, but that's what it was.
When I finished high school and went to the city for a job, I lived on junk food for about three months. I realized it was affecting me too much and quit it, started changing my diet, and began searching for more answers.
I went into a health food store around that time and was looking at books on the shelf.
There is a new fad every few years and at that time, some of the books were about fasting - how it could reduce or eliminate symptoms and how it was also was one of the best natural ways to improve energy and health in a short time.
I fasted for 10 days, lost 17.5 lbs. and never looked back.
Now, many may not be interested in fasting and although fasting is a quick way to begin turning the body around, it will not repair all the problems immediately either.
You will likely need other therapeutic methods to accomplish that.
But if you do a fast and change your diet to more a healthy one, you will likely notice a big turn-around in your energy levels.
So hang on, we are just getting started and achieving great health naturally is not an overnight proposition. It depends on other factors, including how serious your problems are and how long you may have had the symptoms.

Also remember this. Better health means slowing the aging process. I was involved in martial arts until COVID came along. A little while after that I moved out of the city to a small town where there are no martial arts schools. The last while in the martial arts, I was doing it 3-4 times per week.
But, I am still physically active doing things that most people my age wouldn't think of doing. I just spent a little over a year renovating (almost finished) an old house by myself and creating a workshop in the backyard. Well over 70 years old and still doing what I want to do and the things I enjoy doing.
TV is OK in the evening, but I have other interests to keep busy during the day and there are people younger than me in the senior's residence just a block away from me.
After all my years of experimentation I have probably spent more on personal research than most people will ever think about.
